The RTC-1000 Web-Enabled Universal Time Clock supports universal connectivity to Ethernet, USB, or serial port communications, so payroll managers with an Internet connection and standard browser, can now access data anywhere, anytime. When Internet access is not available the time clock can connect directly to a PC. In either case there's no software to install, making access easy via Windows, Linux, Macintosh, and many other operating systems.
Employees punch in as normal with a PIN number (or optional proximity badges). Then, from a browser, you view real-time data and print reports.

Mobility Pack:
With automatic e-mailing of alerts, your employee time clock does the work for you! Send e-mail alerts to an unlimited number of recipients.
The Mobility Pack also includes the SSL option to help keep your data secure and protected when accessed online. E-mail alerts include:
- Approaching Overtime - find out ahead of time if an employee is going to hit overtime

This option activates the use of revision zones, enhanced overtime preferences, and non-worked hours for your punches.
- Revision Zones - help to manage payroll costs by preventing employees from gaining extra time by clocking IN early or OUT late
- Enhanced Overtime Preferences - allows you to customize your overtime multipliers and adds level 2 overtime that can be set by day, week, or consecutive day
