We provide a 110% Low Price Protection Guarantee. If you find an item less expensive elsewhere, we will match the lower price, as well as refund 10% of the difference in price. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of your date of purchase. To file a claim, send an email to sales@timeclocksupplies.com and include the following information: your name, contact information, order number, and where the item is being sold cheaper. Upon verification of the lower price and that the item is in stock, we will match the lower price and refund 10% of the difference in price. This guarantee does NOT apply to accessories, time cards, ribbons, and racks. If items are listed with free shipping, the lower priced product must also offer free shipping.
